Purpose of Workshop: To introduce estate planning concepts and to teach clients pitfalls of traditional estate planning; why many living trusts may not work; why HIPAA may sabotage their existing living trusts; how to create special trusts to receive IRA inheritances; how to pass money to several generations; how to prevent your children's inheritances from being lost to the future divorces, creditors and predators of their children.
